JWEI SC1625 – Automated Loading, Cutting & Unloading System
The JWEI SC1625 Loading-Cutting-Unloading is a fully automated digital cutting system that integrates automatic material loading, precision cutting and automatic unloading of finished parts.
The system is designed to improve production efficiency, reduce manual material handling and create a streamlined production workflow.
SC1625 provides an effective cutting size of 1600 × 2500 mm, a maximum cutting speed of up to 1800 mm/s and a maximum cutting thickness of up to 50 mm*, depending on the processed material.
Automated Loading, Cutting & Unloading
SC1625 integrates loading, cutting and unloading into one automated workflow. Material is automatically transported to the cutting area, processed according to the prepared design and then transferred to the unloading area.
The integrated rolling platform and automatic loading/unloading system help reduce manual material handling and improve production workflow.
Material Loading and Unloading
The system supports materials with a maximum loading and unloading size of 1600 × 2500 mm and a minimum size of 600 × 900 mm.
The maximum loading height including the pallet is 750 mm. The maximum single sheet thickness is 22 mm and the maximum single sheet feed weight is 5 kg.
Production Workflow Automation
After cutting is completed, the processed material is automatically transferred toward the unloading area.
The integrated material handling system supports a continuous and efficient production process while reducing manual handling between production stages.
Back Scan & Cut
Back scanning and cutting technology is designed to provide high-quality cutting results while reducing the risk of excessive creasing and unwanted cutting.
The technology is suitable for applications requiring precise processing of printed and sheet materials.
Multi-functional Tool Head
SC1625 features a multi-functional tool head with double tool fixing holes.
The design enables quick tool installation and replacement while integrating cutting, creasing, drawing and routing functions into one system.
QR-CCD Visual Positioning
The QR-CCD visual positioning system enables automatic material positioning and multi-task classification.
According to JWEI, the QR technology provides a response speed of 0.1 seconds and supports fast and precise positioning during production.
Vacuum Material Fixation
Material is stabilized on the cutting table using vacuum suction.
The vacuum system helps maintain material positioning during cutting and provides stable working conditions.
High-Speed Cutting
The maximum cutting speed is 1800 mm/s*. Actual cutting speed depends on the type and properties of the processed material.
The maximum cutting thickness is up to 50 mm*, depending on the specific material and application conditions.

Electric Oscillating Tool
The electric oscillating tool uses a high-frequency Maxon motor reaching up to 18,000 RPM and specially manufactured hardened tungsten steel blades.
It provides fast and precise cutting of harder and thicker materials such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb board, KT board and foam board.
Universal Cutting Tool
The Universal Cutting Tool can process materials up to 5 mm thick. For suitable materials, it provides faster cutting compared with the oscillating tool.
Creasing Wheel Tool
Four sets of creasing wheels with different widths are available for precise creasing of various corrugated cardboard and cardstock materials.
Optional PVC creasing wheels are also available for PVC creasing.
V-CUT Tool For Grey Board
The tool is designed for greyboard grooving with an adjustable angle from 0° to 135°.
V-CUT Tool For Photo Frame
The tool is designed for precise cardboard grooving and features an adaptive surface and anti-penetration design.
V-CUT Tool For Multi-angle
The tool can groove materials such as honeycomb board and KT board at angles from 0° to 120°.
90° V-CUT Tool
The tool is designed for 90-degree grooving of materials such as picture frames, flexible boards and acoustic panels.
Electric Foam Cutting Tool
The electric foam cutting tool features a 2 mm vibration stroke and is designed for foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including EPP, pearl cotton, EVA foam and sponge.
Explosion-proof Pressure Wheel
The optional pressure wheel is designed for corrugated board creasing. It uses preloading through large and small wheels to achieve high-quality creasing for small-batch digital processing and proofing.
