JWEI SC1311 – Intelligent Automated Feeding, Cutting & Collecting System
The JWEI SC1311 Feeding & Cutting & Collecting is an integrated automated digital cutting system designed for sampling, small-batch production and flexible processing of a wide range of materials.
The system combines automatic material feeding, precision cutting and automatic collection of finished parts. This integrated workflow reduces manual material handling and streamlines the production process.
SC1311 provides a maximum cutting speed of up to 1800 mm/s*, a maximum cutting thickness of up to 30 mm*, and an effective cutting size of 1300 × 1100 mm.
Automated Feeding, Cutting & Collecting
SC1311 integrates three key production stages – material feeding, cutting and collection.
The automatic feeding system transports the material into the working area, where it is precisely cut according to the prepared design. After cutting, the finished material is transferred to the collection area.
This configuration is particularly suitable for sampling and small-batch production, where fast job changes and reduced manual handling are important.
Intelligent Control System
SC1311 uses a JWEI self-developed control system that enables a maximum cutting speed of up to 1800 mm/s*.
The system is designed for precise motion control of the cutting head and synchronized operation of material feeding and cutting.
Multi-functional Tool Head
The SC1311 multi-functional tool head allows different tool heads to be changed easily.
The system supports various processing operations, including:

The electric oscillating tool is equipped with a high-frequency Maxon motor reaching up to 18,000 RPM and specially made hardened tungsten steel blades.
It is designed for fast cutting of harder and thicker materials such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb board, KT board and foam board.
Universal Cutting Tool
The Universal Cutting Tool is designed for materials up to 5 mm thick.
For suitable materials, it provides faster cutting compared with the oscillating tool.
V-CUT Tool For Grey Board
The V-CUT tool is designed for grooving greyboard.
The grooving angle can be adjusted from 0° to 135°.
V-CUT Tool For Multi-angle
The tool can groove materials such as honeycomb board and KT board at angles from 0° to 120°.
V-CUT Tool For Photo Frame
The tool is designed for precise cardboard grooving.
It features an adaptive surface and anti-penetration design.
Electric Foam Cutting Tool
The electric foam cutting tool features a 2 mm vibration stroke and is designed for foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including EPP, pearl cotton, EVA foam and sponge.
