At the heart of the printer is a modular printhead array supporting 4 to 18 industrial Konica Minolta KM1024A printheads operating in advanced Gray Scale technology. Thanks to its reinforced media handling system, the EVOLUTION easily accommodates rolls weighing up to 360 kg with diameters of up to 400 mm, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Uncompromising Stability and Reliability

White Ink Recirculation System: Continuous circulation of white ink prevents pigment sedimentation, ensuring consistent nozzle performance and brilliant white output throughout long production runs.

Dual Negative Pressure Control System: Independent vacuum pressure control for both CMYK and white ink channels maintains optimal ink pressure, preventing dripping and ink misting.

2-in-1 Pneumatic Media Handling System: The front pneumatic media feeding and take-up system works together with an adjustable vacuum platen to maintain perfect media alignment and registration.

Automatic Media Height Adjustment (0–5 mm): The carriage automatically measures media thickness and adjusts the printhead height, significantly reducing setup time between different substrates.
