JWEI SG2132 is a large-format, high-efficiency CNC oscillating knife cutter designed for precise processing of a wide range of materials used in advertising, signage production and industrial applications.

The machine provides an effective cutting area of 2100 × 3200 mm and a maximum operating speed of up to 2000 mm/s, enabling efficient processing of large-format materials without the need to divide them into smaller sections.

Multi-functional Tool Head

The SG2132 features a multi-functional tool head with a quick tool-fixing system. It supports multiple operations, including:

• cutting,
• creasing,
• plotting,
• routing,
• grooving.

An optional ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) system enables automatic tool changes and reduces the need for manual intervention.

High Speed and Precision

The maximum operating speed is 2000 mm/s, while repeat precision reaches less than 0.05 mm.

The drive system uses a bus controller, advanced servo system, linear guide rails and lead screws. The machine is designed to provide stable operation and precise positioning even during high-speed processing.

Large-format Working Area

The effective cutting area of 2100 × 3200 mm allows the machine to process large sheets and oversized components without the need to divide the material into smaller sections.

SG2132 is also available in different size configurations to meet different production requirements.

Vacuum Material Fixation

The working table uses a vacuum hold-down system. An optimized airflow design increases suction force and securely holds materials in place, including smaller workpieces.

Camera Positioning System

The camera positioning system enables fast and accurate alignment of cutting paths with pre-printed materials.

The integrated QR-code job classification system supports automatic image adjustment and the processing of different small production batches.

Automatic Tool Change

The optional ATC system enables automatic switching between specialized tools. This allows different processes such as cutting, kiss-cutting, full cutting and grooving to be performed without manual tool replacement.
