JWEI SC1625 | Receiving Table

The JWEI SC1625 Receiving Table is an industrial digital flatbed cutter equipped with an integrated 2.5-meter receiving table. The solution enables simultaneous cutting and collection of finished materials, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.

The machine is primarily designed for advertising and signage production, including photo prints, posters, lightboxes, display stands, flags, banners, roll-up displays, car decals, magnetic stickers and other advertising materials.

The effective cutting area is 1600 × 2500 mm, with a maximum cutting speed of 1800 mm/s.

Cutting and Material Collection in One Process

The integrated 2.5-meter receiving table enables finished products to be collected while the cutting process continues.

This solution reduces the need to stop the machine for material collection and supports a smoother production workflow.

High Speed and Precision

The SC1625 uses M7 Pulse Architecture, which according to the manufacturer provides a 30% overall performance improvement, a 40% improvement in front-edge diagonal cutting and a 2.5-times increase in pulley torque.

The maximum cutting speed is 1800 mm/s, with repeat precision of ±0.05 mm.

Enhanced Vacuum Suction

The machine uses an innovative 3D air-guiding duct design to improve suction efficiency.

The manufacturer states that actual suction efficiency is improved by 32.7% compared with the previous solution under the same pump power.

Materials are securely fixed using vacuum suction, while optional zoned vacuum suction allows the suction area to be adapted to the current production task.

Reduced Operating Noise

The optimized machine design achieves an operating noise level of approximately 64 dB.

The solution is designed for comfortable operation in production environments.

Multi-functional Tool Head

The multifunctional tool head features double tool fixing holes and a quick tool installation system.

It supports:

The plug-and-play design enables quick tool replacement.

Electric Oscillating Tool

The electric oscillating tool uses a high-frequency Maxon motor reaching up to 18,000 RPM and specially designed tungsten-steel hardened blades.

It provides fast and precise cutting of thicker materials such as:

  • corrugated board,
  • honeycomb board,
  • KT board,
  • PVC foam board.

Universal Cutting Tool

The universal cutting tool can process materials up to 5 mm thick.

For suitable materials, it can operate at a higher cutting speed than the oscillating tool.

Kiss-cut Tool

The dedicated kiss-cut tool is designed for:

  • self-adhesive labels,
  • adhesive films,
  • printed advertising films.

Combined with the camera positioning system, it enables precise cutting of complex contour shapes.

Camera Positioning System

The camera positioning system enables fast and accurate cutting alignment for printed materials.

The integrated QR-code-based job classification system supports automatic job recognition and the production of different projects in small quantities.

Ethernet Transmission Port

The Ethernet port provides stable data transmission and allows the machine to be integrated into a local network.

The system also supports remote upgrades and maintenance, as well as machine control and file access within a LAN.

Working Table

The working table is made from an aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb panel combined with a felt surface.

The construction provides high rigidity, flatness and resistance to deformation.

The internal honeycomb structure enables efficient airflow, while optional zoned vacuum suction provides strong and stable material fixation.

Optional V-CUT Tools

The machine can be equipped with additional V-CUT tools:

  • V-CUT Tool for Grey Board — adjustable angle from 0° to 135°,
  • V-CUT Tool for Photo Frame — designed for cardboard grooving,
  • Multi-angle V-CUT Tool — 0°–120° for honeycomb and KT board,
  • 90° V-CUT Tool — for frames, flexible boards and acoustic panels.

Electric Foam Cutting

The optional electric foam cutting tool has a 2 mm vibration stroke.

It can process foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including:

  • EPP,
  • pearl cotton,
  • EVA foam,
  • sponge.

Projection Sorting System

The SC1625 Receiving Table features a projection-based sorting solution designed for small and scattered orders in the advertising industry.

The projection system helps organize finished products and improves the handling of multiple small orders.

The solution can also integrate with commonly used order management software.
