JWEI SC1625
The JWEI SC1625 is an industrial digital cutting system designed for precision cutting of materials used in advertising, signage, packaging prototyping and short-run production.
The machine provides an effective cutting area of 1600 × 2500 mm and reaches a maximum operating speed of 1800 mm/s. Its digital cutting workflow eliminates the need for traditional physical dies, enabling a fast transition from CAD design to finished products.
High Speed and Precision
The SC1625 uses M7 Pulse Architecture to improve overall machine performance.
According to the manufacturer, the system delivers a 30% overall performance improvement, a 40% improvement in front-edge diagonal cutting and a 2.5-times increase in pulley torque.
The maximum cutting speed is 1800 mm/s, with repeat precision of ±0.05 mm.
Enhanced Vacuum Suction
The SC1625 uses an innovative 3D air-guiding duct design to improve suction efficiency.
Materials are fixed using vacuum absorption, providing stable material fixation during high-speed cutting.
Optional zoned vacuum suction is also available.
Reduced Operating Noise
The optimized machine design reduces operating noise to approximately 64 dB.
This allows the SC1625 to operate in production environments with a reduced noise level.
Multi-functional Tool Head
The multifunctional tool head features double tool fixing holes and a quick tool installation system.
It supports different tools for:
- cutting,
- creasing,
- drawing,
- routing,
- grooving,
- other machining operations.
The plug-and-play design enables quick tool replacement.
Electric Oscillating Tool
The electric oscillating tool uses a high-frequency Maxon motor reaching up to 18,000 RPM.
Specially designed tungsten-steel hardened blades provide fast and precise cutting of thicker materials.
The tool is suitable for:
- corrugated board,
- honeycomb board,
- KT board,
- PVC foam board.
Universal Cutting Tool
The universal cutting tool can process materials up to 5 mm thick.
For suitable materials, it can operate at a higher cutting speed than the oscillating tool.
Kiss-cut Tool
The dedicated kiss-cut tool is designed for self-adhesive materials, labels and printed adhesive films.
Combined with the camera positioning system, it enables precise cutting of complex contour shapes.
Camera Positioning System
The camera positioning system provides fast and accurate cutting alignment for printed materials.
The integrated QR-code-based job classification module supports automatic job recognition and small-batch production of different projects.
Ethernet Transmission Port
The Ethernet port provides stable data transmission and allows the machine to be integrated into a local network.
The system also supports remote upgrades and maintenance, as well as machine control and file access within a LAN.
Working Table
The working table is made from an aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb panel combined with a felt surface.
The construction provides high rigidity, flatness and resistance to deformation.
The honeycomb structure enables efficient airflow during vacuum material fixation.
Optional V-CUT Tools
The SC1625 can be equipped with various V-CUT tools for grooving at specific angles.
Available solutions include:
- greyboard grooving — adjustable from 0° to 135°,
- cardboard grooving,

- KT board grooving — angles from 0° to 120°,
- 90-degree grooving for frames and panels.
Electric Foam Cutting
The optional electric foam cutting tool has a 2 mm vibration stroke.
It can process foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including:
- EPP,
- pearl cotton,
- EVA,
- sponge.
Explosion-proof Pressure Wheel
The pressure wheel system uses a combination of large and small wheels for pre-creasing.
This reduces the risk of cracking corrugated board and improves creasing quality during prototyping and short-run production.
Rotary Knife Cutting Tool
The optional rotary knife tool can be equipped with different blade options.
It can process single-layer and limited multi-layer materials, including selected woven and knitted textiles as well as advertising materials such as flag fabric, art canvas and warp-knitted fabrics.
Milling
The SC1625 can be equipped with a high-grade imported milling tool rated at 350 W with a rotational speed of up to 20,000 RPM.
The tool can mill materials up to 20 mm thick, including:
- acrylic,
- aluminium composite panels,
- ABS,
- high-density PVC foam board,
- MDF,
- thin aluminum sheets.
Top Camera System
The optional top camera system captures images of the material and automatically generates cutting files based on image extraction.
This enables automated cutting workflows and continuous roll-to-roll cutting.
Automatic camera threshold adjustment reduces the need for repeated manual configuration.
Safety Protection
The SC1625 features a collision protection system and an internal infrared light grid.
The safety sensor responds to the presence of the operator and helps ensure safe machine operation.
Independent Control Platform
The control platform includes:
