JWEI TBP05-2218-RQ
The JWEI TBP05-2218-RQ is an industrial digital fabric cutting machine designed for precision processing of textiles, garment materials and flexible media.
The machine is primarily designed for small-batch production, fast-response manufacturing, garment prototyping and high-quality customized apparel production.
It provides an effective cutting area of 2200 × 1800 mm and reaches a maximum cutting speed of 1600 mm/s. The system supports a wide range of materials, including knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, leather, fur, technical textiles and foam materials.

Visual Stripe and Plaid Matching System
The visual stripe and plaid matching system automatically matches fabric patterns with the CAD layout.
The operator can simply lay the fabric flat, while the vision system automatically recognizes and aligns the pattern.
This solution is particularly useful for garments made from plaid and striped fabrics.
Brand-New Control System
The TBP05-2218-RQ features a new control system that increases arc-turning speed and allows tool rotation during movement.
Combined with a high-performance servo motor, the system provides faster cutting and improved overall production efficiency.
Following Suction System
The upgraded vacuum system provides stronger and more stable material fixation.

5 mm Oscillating Cutting Tool
The 5 mm oscillating cutting tool uses a Swiss-made micro-motor reaching up to 7,000 RPM.
Its over-cut compensation system helps minimize overcutting at notches and complex corners.
Multiple blade angles are available to match different material requirements.
Rotary Knife Cutting Tool
The rotary knife cutting tool is available with multiple blade options and can be used for single-layer and limited multi-layer materials.
It supports various woven and knitted textiles as well as selected technical fabrics.
