Warranty

The Seller provides a 12-month warranty calculated from the date of signing the installation and acceptance protocol of the device. The warranty also covers the print heads. In the event that the User reports a device failure whose resolution takes longer than 14 days, the warranty period shall be extended by the duration of the repair—that is, from the date the fault is reported to the date of signing the service report confirming that the device is fully functional.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the device, including the print heads, damage resulting from failures of the electrical network, water and sewage systems, or fire protection systems, as well as damage caused by the user's negligence. The warranty also does not cover consumable parts such as ink filters, ink tubing, pumps, or bearings. During the warranty period, the Buyer agrees to use inks and consumable parts supplied by the seller: Color Laboratory MD Sp. z o.o. The warranty excludes statutory warranty (rękojmia) provisions.

During the Warranty period, the seller undertakes to resolve failures and defects reported by the buyer within 48 hours from the moment of receiving the report if the required parts are located in Poland, or 10 days if the parts are imported. Public holidays and weekends are excluded from the service response time.

The User may not attempt to resolve a fault or repair the device without the seller's knowledge and consent.

Failure to comply with the terms of this warranty statement may result in partial or total loss of the warranty.

The Seller ensures the ability to report device defects during the week (Monday through Friday) between 08:00 and 16:00 at the phone number 601-052-607, at the numbers provided on the website, or via email at: serwis@color-laboratory.com.

The provisions of this paragraph constitute a warranty statement within the meaning of Article 577 of the Civil Code.

Warranty services will be performed at the location where the device is used, at the buyer's premises.

During the warranty period, the seller: Color Laboratory MD Sp. z o.o. will conduct two technical inspections of the device: the first after 6 months and the second after 12 months.
