Intelligent Vision Positioning System for Precision Printing on Custom-Shaped Products

PROFIJET ST-2513 Visual Positioning is a modern industrial UV flatbed printer equipped with an intelligent vision positioning system that enables automatic recognition of the shape of printed items and precise positioning without the need for templates or fixtures.

An integrated wide-angle camera scans the print area, recognizes product contours, and enables simultaneous printing of multiple items with different shapes. This solution significantly increases production efficiency, reduces waste, and shortens job setup time.

The printer supports Ricoh G5, G5s, and G6 printheads (2–12 printheads), offering high print quality, automatic carriage height adjustment, and support for materials up to 100 mm high. It is ideal for producing medals, keychains, resin labels, promotional products, decorative elements, and other irregularly shaped products.
