PROFIJET ST-1612 Visual Positioning is a compact industrial UV flatbed printer equipped with an advanced visual positioning system that automatically recognizes the shape of printed items and precisely positions them without the need for templates or jigs. The machine is designed for the production of small and medium-sized items requiring high positioning accuracy.
An integrated camera mounted on the printhead carriage automatically scans the work area, recognizes product contours, and enables simultaneous printing of multiple items with different shapes. This makes the production process faster, more consistent, and helps reduce material waste.
The printer is compatible with Ricoh G5 and Ricoh G6 printheads, with configurations ranging from 2 to 12 printheads. It supports materials up to 100 mm in height and is ideal for producing keychains, badges, medals, promotional products, decorative elements, and other irregularly shaped items.
