This compact 2.5-meter industrial Hybrid UV printer features an advanced mechanical platform capable of accommodating 4 to 18 Konica Minolta 1024i or Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 printheads, arranged in one, two, or three rows to match specific production requirements.
The system supports high-precision multi-layer printing with automatic white ink agitation, preventing pigment sedimentation and ensuring consistent white ink performance. A digitally adjustable carriage height of up to 50 mm enables printing on a wide range of rigid and flexible materials. Large 2-liter ink reservoirs provide a stable, uninterrupted ink supply for continuous production on glass, acrylic, and flexible media.
